Prerequisites

Ensure that the Unit Properties under the Video tab are enabled for Automatic saving:
*Depending on the solution, only 1 camera may be available on this screen.



Real-time Notifications


To automatically generate events to the platform based on specific criteria, all new accounts are provided with several real-time notifications:

In the screenshot below, we can see that these 2 events do not have video recording by default:
- - VisionOne - All Alarm Events (Event Log only)
- - VisionOne - Harsh turning/Cornering (Event Log only)
- This event does have video recording enabled, however, please reach out to your MiFleet representative to be sure that it is enabled:
- - VisionOne - Possible Impact


To enable automatic video event upload to the platform, please ensure that any real-time notifications are setup with the Action to "Save a video as a file".
- Without these settings, the video will not upload to the platform.
