VisionOne: How to Request and Playback Historic Video

To Request and Playback Historic Video

Prerequisites:
Camera must be powered up and online

To Request Historic Video

1. Ensure that the Video tab is selected
2. Select Playback from the work panel at the left
3. Select the radio button for Request and view playback
4. Select the unit from the dropdown
5. Select the timeframe from the dropdown, for broader searches, only select a 24hr date (not specific to hours)
6. Click Request




6. Once the timeline loads, click on the gray areas filled in on the timeline to see available video that was recorded to the device's SD card
7. Use the scissor/cut button to save the time of the event.




8. In the new work panel options, on the left, select the duration of the event before and after the event, max of 60 seconds per video request.
9. Select a tag category for the event
10. Click Save to files





To Playback files

1. Ensure that the Video tab is selected
2. Select the vehicle from the work panel on the left
3. Find and select the video that you would like to play
4. Use the icons at the top right to:
- Show/hide the map
- Delete the video
- Download the clip
