There's 2 ways to download video with audio:

A. Download It via file view section on recordings section.[RecordingsWithAudio.PNG]

B. Download event that configured as a video.[videoEventAudio.PNG]

When downloading the video from recordings section, it comes without audio [withoutAudio.PNG].
