I haven’t gotten my user registration email. (also commonly asked as ‘I don’t know my password, I can’t log in, what is my username/password, how do I log in?’)

If the user has never logged into the platform, under System/User Management, the User Status will be ‘Pending’. If the user has logged into the platform at some point, the User Status will be ‘Active’.

Pending – resend the User Registration Email by clicking the 3 Dots next to user and selecting ‘Resend Registration’. Remind user to check their spam/junk mail folders for the email. Advise user to follow steps in email to activate account and create password.

Active – this means the user has logged into the platform previously. Advise them to navigate to the Autonomise URL, enter their email address as the username and select ‘Recover Account’. From there, they will be prompted to reset their password and log in.– this means the user has logged into the platform previously. Advise them to navigate to the Autonomise URL, enter their email address as the username and select ‘Recover Account’. From there, they will be prompted to reset their password and log in.
