How can I add a new user account to the platform?

New user complete setup

**In order to create a new user account, the can create objects button should be enabled in the user properties**

Please refer to the attached screenshot if needed

1. Login to your MiFleet account & navigate to the Users tab located at the top panel.
   
2. Click "New", a separate window will appear titled "New User", there are 3 tabs you will need to complete (General, Access, and Advanced)
   

           1. General

1. Fill in the required fields for username and password. The name input here is the username that will be used for logging in to the new user account.
   
2. Enable option to Send SMS if needed or uncheck any of the boxes at the bottom to restrict users ability to perform certain actions.
   

           2. Access 

1. Assign the appropriate access to the unit(s). You can click individual units or click the dropdown and select "Unit groups" to assign the new user access to multiple units. Typically there's a unit group in every account labeled "All units", this group contains all units inside your fleet. 
   
2. Once the objects are selected, choose from the three options (No Access, Full Access, or Read Only) or create your own preset. The permissions are listed next to the checkboxes which indicate whether or not the user will be granted the specified access right.
   

           3. Advanced

1. Here you input an email address for account recovery. If you do not put an email address here you will not receive the password reset link if you select "Forgot Password" in the login page.
